CHINMAY is a management professional with ample work experience in India and abroad. With a thought to implement his overseas experience and ideas in business, he, along with his partner Ajit, came up with the idea of starting a co-working space in Pune. His multi-field experience of working with educational institutions, NGOs, students, sportspeople, and other professionals also helped him build his business ideology.

AJIT is a chemical engineer with an urge to create new things and constantly innovate. With this attitude, he, along with Chinmay, launched Aster Coworking. His drive to build collaborations comes from his past experience where he was involved with connecting students with freelancing teachers through his own education portal. He was also involved with setting up student libraries to help them succeed in competitive exams. His constant and consistent involvement in school and college extracurricular activities might be a root of his innovative and improvisational mindset.
